Shipping & Delivery Policy – Piyara
At Piyara, we aim to deliver your favorite outfits quickly and securely. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below:
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is placed.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Timelines
Kerala & South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 5–10 business days
Remote locations: May take up to 12–14 days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999/-
For orders below ₹1999, a standard shipping fee of ₹70/- may apply.
Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most pin codes in India.
A nominal COD handling fee may apply.
COD orders might require confirmation via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon — updates will be shared on our website and social media.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at piyarain55@gmail.com with your order number.
Incorrect addresses, unavailable customer contact, or failed COD verification may result in order cancellation or delay.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
In case of damaged packaging or missing items, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy
