Refund & Return Policy – Piyara
At Piyara, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund & return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Products purchased during Sale/Discount/Clearance are not eligible for return or refund (exchange may be allowed on a case-to-case basis).

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or altered dresses.

Gift cards and vouchers.

Products marked as Final Sale.
3. Exchange Policy

We currently allow exchanges for size issues or damaged items.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or refund.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

The product is damaged/defective upon delivery.

The wrong product was delivered.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Online/COD refund via bank transfer).

Processing time: 7–10 business days after quality check at our warehouse.
5. Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images.

Our support team will guide you with the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless product was defective/wrong item sent).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after the return is approved.
- Please share your bank/UPI details with our support team.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned/exchanged after delivery.
