- COD orders may require verification via phone/WhatsApp before shipping.
- Piyara reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (subject to our Refund & Return Policy).
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.

- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.
